Arriving at the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia

Finally - destination achieved! We are parked in Nova Scotia. And since I don’t do much house-cleaning while we are on the road because we are either sight-seeing or resting (those are my excuses and I'm sticking with them), I have got a TON of cleaning to do now.

We don’t have cable TV here so the we only get 2 ½ local channels (the ½ channel is one that comes in fuzzy). So in place of TV, we watch DVDs - today it’s Beetlejuice.

Tomorrow or the next day we will start earning our keep here, but for now it’s great to just relax, knowing that we are not moving on in a day or two. Right outside is the Bay of Fundy. The 50 foot tides are going out now, which leaves a big, long mud flat. It's supposed to be a great place to go clamming and we’ll try that later. Today it’s drizzly outside and we are content to stay inside, watching Beetlejuice, drinking beer (that would be Randy) and napping. Life is good.
