We spent over a week in Kissimmee, Florida and I didn’t write a thing about it.  Not that we didn’t have a good time - I just quit writing.  Maybe I can blame it on the hot weather, ‘cause boy, it’s been HOT.   We would spend the morning cleaning or waxing part of the RV, then go to the pool.  Something to eat for lunch, then a nap, and we were ready for the afternoon.   Retirement is so hard!
We spent one day at Blizzard Beach where Randy went down the big Summit Plummet.  That was one thrill I wasn't up for, but I went on most of the other rides.  Lots of fun, even though it rained in the afternoon, which shut down the rides (this is the lightning-strike capital of the US, and probably second in the world, right after Rwanda).  No problem, we just stood under an awning and talked to the staff until the rain blew over, then went back to the rides!
We spent another day at the Disney parks.  We only had one day’s pass so we split the day between 3 parks.  First - Disney Hollywood Studios and the Tower of Terror.   That is still my favorite ride and we went on it twice.  We also took the Studio Backlot Tour which was OK, and Star Tours, which was better.
On to Epcot for lunch.  On the boat ride to Epcot we met a couple of ladies who visit Disney regularly; they told us that the very best restaurant was the Canadian Le Cellier Steakhouse, but you can’t get in without reservations months in advance.  And yet, we walked over to it and got right in!   It was really good; I would have waited in line for it, but I’m glad we didn’t have to.  We did wait in line an hour for the Test Track ride.  We also saw a film about China, and one about Spaceship Earth.
And then it was time to go to Animal Kingdom.  The reason for going there was to ride the new Expedition Everest roller coaster.  There was a rain-delay there, also, but once the ride started, it was so much fun that we went on it twice!
Eventually we had to move on because we plan to meet family in Arkansas.  We drove to Old Town Florida and stayed at the Yellow Jacket park.  No phone service, no wifi, lots of sand to track in, so the next day we moved on.
We drove to an RV park in Cecil Georgia.  Thousands of hungry gnats everywhere, so the next day we moved on.
We drove to Montgomery Alabama.  It’s still hot, but there is no sand, no bugs, and the phone and Wifi work fine, so we plan to stay a few days.
And here’s something I learned - every where we go, whether we have cable TV or antenna TV, there is always an episode of Two and A Half Men showing.
